I'll be in London for 10 days beginning later this week, the first time I've
been there since 1981, and I'm soliciting advice on
1) Book stores, both general and genre (SF), new and used
2) CD stores, specifically those specializing in dance, ambient, IDM,
experimental, new music etc.
3) Theatrical or musical events worth seeing
4) Generally interesting things to do, see etc.
I've been there twice, both for two week periods, but 20+ years ago. I'll be
working for the first part of my visit, but I'll have at least four days free
at the end. I'll be staying in the area of King's Cross.
I'd appreciate any advice or pointers anyone can offer, either publicly or by
private e-mail. Please excuse the cross-posting to multiple lists.
